By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any Berkatech Empire software, including Bitcoin Dominator EA and other products of Berkatech Empire, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

1. High-Risk Investment Warning

Trading foreign exchange, cryptocurrencies, and leveraged financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors.

The use of automated trading systems such as Expert Advisors does not eliminate trading risk.

You acknowledge that:

You may lose part or all of your trading capital.
Past performance or backtest results do not guarantee future performance.
Market conditions may change and affect strategy performance.

Berkatech Empire does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.

2. Software Purpose

Bitcoin Dominator EA is a trading automation software tool designed to operate within the MetaTrader 5 platform.

The software is provided for automation and educational purposes only.

All trading decisions and risk management remain the sole responsibility of the user.

3. No Profit Guarantee

Berkatech Empire does not guarantee profits, returns, or financial success from the use of its software.

Any examples, screenshots, backtests, forward tests, or simulations are provided for demonstration purposes only.

Actual results may differ significantly due to:

broker conditions
spreads and commissions
slippage
VPS latency
market volatility

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Berkatech Empire shall not be liable for any losses or damages, including but not limited to:

trading losses
loss of capital
loss of profits
loss of data
broker execution issues
server downtime
VPS failures
platform malfunctions

Users accept that the software is used entirely at their own risk.

5. No Warranty

All Berkatech Empire software is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.

Berkatech Empire does not guarantee that the software will:

operate without interruption
be error-free
function with all brokers
perform consistently under all market conditions

6. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

testing the software on a demo account
setting appropriate risk parameters
ensuring broker compatibility
monitoring their trading accounts

Berkatech Empire is not responsible for incorrect settings or misuse.

7. Software License

When purchasing Bitcoin Dominator EA, you are not purchasing the software ownership.

You are purchasing a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software.

You may NOT:

resell the software
redistribute the software
share the software publicly
upload the software to file-sharing sites
reverse engineer the code
decompile or modify the EA

Any violation may result in license termination without refund.

8. Anti-Piracy and License Protection

Berkatech Empire reserves the right to implement:

license key systems
account locking
IP restrictions
anti-piracy tracking

Unauthorized distribution of the software may result in legal action.

9. Refund and Chargeback Policy

Due to the digital nature of Expert Advisor software, all purchases are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Initiating fraudulent chargebacks after receiving the product may result in:

account termination
license revocation
legal recovery of damages and fees

10. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Berkatech Empire, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or legal expenses resulting from:

the use of the software
trading activities performed using the software
violation of this agreement

11. Arbitration Agreement

Any disputes arising from the purchase or use of Berkatech Empire software shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court litigation where permitted by law.

Users agree to waive participation in class-action lawsuits.
